1. Who we are

Youness Ops Studio ("the Studio", "we", "us") is an independent content-operations studio operated by Youness Nebgui. It builds and runs internal publishing tools for our own content websites: editorial planning, original image creation, social scheduling, and analytics.

2. What the Studio does

The Studio's tools prepare original blog articles and original images, and schedule and publish image pins that link to that content. Publishing to Pinterest happens through the official Pinterest API, only for accounts we own or that have expressly connected to the Studio through Pinterest's own authorization (OAuth) screen.

3. Information we collect

When a Pinterest account is connected to the Studio through Pinterest's OAuth flow, we receive and store:

Authorization tokens — the access and refresh tokens Pinterest issues so the Studio can act on the connected account's behalf.
Account profile basics — username and account type of the connected account.
Boards — names, IDs, and descriptions of the account's boards.
Pins — metadata of pins the Studio creates or manages (titles, descriptions, links, image URLs, board placement, publish times).
Analytics — aggregate performance metrics for that content (impressions, saves, outbound clicks).

We also keep routine operational logs (job runs, errors, timestamps) needed to run the service reliably.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or any data about people who merely view published content. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

4. How we use this information

Pinterest-derived data is used for exactly one purpose: operating the Studio's scheduling, publishing, and analytics features for the connected account. Content is only ever published at the direction of the account owner. We do not use Pinterest-derived data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not combine it with data about you from other sources.

5. Pinterest-specific disclosures

      Independence: Youness Ops Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. Our use of the Pinterest API is subject to Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, which we follow.
Disconnection and deletion: if a Pinterest account is disconnected from the Studio (by us, by you, or by revoking the app's access in your Pinterest settings), we delete all Pinterest-derived data for that account — including access and refresh tokens, stored board lists, pin metadata, and analytics — within 30 days of disconnection. Tokens are invalidated immediately.
No resale or redistribution: we do not sell, resell, rent, license, or otherwise redistribute Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to any third party, in any form, for any purpose.

    

6. Where data is stored and how it is protected

Studio data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (databases and object storage) and on access-restricted private servers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Authorization tokens are stored server-side only, are never exposed in client-side code or URLs, and are accessible only to the operator of the Studio.

7. How long we keep data

Pinterest-derived data: for as long as the account remains connected, then deleted within 30 days of disconnection (see section 5).
Operational logs: up to 90 days, then deleted.
Published articles and images on our own websites are our own original content and are retained independently of any Pinterest data.

8. Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service:

Cloudflare — website hosting, database, and file storage.
Pinterest API — publishing and analytics for connected Pinterest accounts, under Pinterest's own terms and privacy policy.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics resellers.

9. Cookies

This website (youness-ops.com) sets no cookies. The Studio's internal tools use only strictly necessary authentication cookies for the operator's own login; they are not used for tracking.

10. Your rights and choices

Disconnect at any time: revoke the Studio's access from your Pinterest account settings (Settings → Security → Connected apps), or ask us to disconnect you. Deletion then follows section 5.
Access, correction, deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor such requests through the same contact address.

11. Children

The Studio's tools and this website are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated "last updated" date. Material changes affecting connected accounts will be communicated before they take effect.
